Shiny Fresh Pile

Makin' a fresh set is literally a two-tap job. Smash Done & boom—you're off to the races pullin' songs like your life depends on it. But hey, if you're feelin' spicy, customize this bad boy right here by tweakin' the date, throwin' in a title (optional, but like, why wouldn't you?), or messin' with other stuff like:

Uh, A Title?

Wanna give your set a name that doesn't sound like a robot calendar entry? Cool. This optional field is your jam. Drop a name here & it'll show up instead of that boring date. Y'know, like a human would.

The Date Situation

Tap this bad boy to pick the day you're actually gonna play the set. OnSong uses this to figure out when you played stuff, so you can flex about song reporting, last-played vibes, or which bangers are totally overplayed.

Pro tip: Today's date (or whatever day you usually do this) gets auto-selected 'cause we're not monsters. If you've got a bajillion sets & you're addin' another, OnSong's gonna be like "yo, wanna use Typical Days?" If you say yes, we'll peep your set history & figure out which days you're obsessed with makin' sets. Wanna change that? Tap the wrench icon & go to Typical Days Settings. You're welcome.

Time (Sorta Important)

Optional field, bestie. Wanna set a time? Tap it on, then grab the time picker. This matters 'cause sets will show the time when stuff's supposed to happen. Each song's length then fills in the rest of the schedule in your run sheet like magic.

Folders (The Organizational Flex)

Tap here to unlock the Choose Folder Screen & dump this set into one or more folders. Already picked a folder? Boom—your new set goes there automatically. No extra clicks needed. (Also optional, but like… organize your life, bestie.)

Separate Styles (The Plot Twist)

So your sets pull songs from your main library. But what if you wanna transpose a song just for this set without blowin' up your master copy? Enter: separate styles. Transponse & style songs in THIS set without touchin' your precious library. Mind. Blown.

  • Default uses whatever settings you buried in Utilities Menu » Settings » Menu Settings » Songs » Sets. Go find 'em.
  • Off yeets any changes you make straight into your master library. Other sets with Separate Set/Song Styles on? They stay chill & don't get affected.
  • On locks your changes to THIS set only. Master library? Untouched. Other sets? Still vibin'. You're basically a wizard.

Audio Playback Continuity (For the Playlist Addicts)

Got backing tracks in your set? This setting lets you play through 'em all like a proper playlist without losin' your marbles. Default settings are hidin' in Settings » Live Settings » Audio Playback.

  • Off means you gotta manually tap or trigger each audio track like it's 1999.
  • On lets the whole backing track playlist roll through all your songs without you bustin' a move. Lazy mode activated.
  • Repeat keeps playin' audio tracks on a loop 'til the end of time. Last track done? First track starts again. It's the circle of life, basically.
